Our first call is determinating for us to see if we are a perfect match to work together on your fantasy dream wedding, and  for me to better then eat way to understand your needs, and to help give you a more precise quote.

    Our call: during our call, we will have the chance to get to know each other, and to talk about your wishes, ideas and desires for your small wedding in Italy. We will discuss some details which will help me to create a customized proposal. If you have a wedding date in mind, we will discuss your preferred venue to hold a date option for you, meaning that they will keep a wedding date of your choice for a few days until we confirm it, in order to avoid another couple booking.

    The Proposal: after a few days, I’ll send you 1 or 2 customized proposals for your small wedding in Italy. You’ll receive the starting total price of all the services you need for your wedding day, my service fee, and the extras to be considered. In addition, I will inform you about the venue’s availability and you will receive the venue’s option expiring date.This could be a week or 10 days, depending on the venue and the period requested!

  • 6.

    If you will choose to confirm my service, I’ll send you our agreement including the mutually agreed-upon fee arrangement for my services to be signed, and an invoice for the deposit to secure my services.

  • 7.

    After that I’ll send you the venue’s contract to be signed with all the information for the first deposit requested by the venue.

    Once all of the previous steps are taken care of, it’s time to start organizing your small wedding in Italy! We are now ready to begin our planning process. I’ll be there for you every step of the way, listening to your opinions and needs. I’ll recommend vendors for the services you need, giving you informed suggestions so that you can choose the best services for your special and Memorable Day.
